Activities

We have made a lot of activities these 2 years.
Let's take an example:

We have watched a lot of videos, we have read a lot of magazines and newspapers about the environment.

We have also visited Wind Farms in our area.

And finally we have seen energy saving devices at the Environmental Educational Center Of Ierapetra.

Our targets

To save energy in our school.

For that reason we must:

Turn off the lights, the central heating and all the other electric appliances in the school.

To decrease the amount of water that we use.

To recycle aluminum, plastic, paper and glass.


We must also make the students responsible citizents not only at school but also at homes.

We are one of the four schools of our area which are taking part in this program.

Our team consists of 25 students. Five from each class. The teachers who are responsible of our team are:
